Who will I play as?
The playable characters are anthropomorphic versions of animals native to the state of Rio de Janeiro. Preliminary research helped guide the selection of this group. They are:
The Maned Sloth (Preguiça-de-coleira), a slow-moving, tree-dwelling mammal endemic to the Atlantic Forest, identifiable by the dark “collar” marking on its neck.
The Maritaca (Maritaca), a small, green parrot known for its social behavior and loud squawks, commonly seen flying in noisy flocks across urban and forested areas alike.
The Jaguar (Onça-pintada), the largest feline in the Americas, known for its strength, stealth, and iconic spotted coat. It plays a vital role in maintaining ecological balance.
The Golden Lion Tamarin (Mico-leão-dourado), an endangered species endemic to the state of Rio de Janeiro, known for its striking golden-orange fur.
